This person will work closely with the Security Governance Team and Corporate Security, as well as other stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure that the information is properly protected through the development of appropriate protection programs.Would you like to be part of our internal team? 😊Here are the main functions you could perform:Work within the Corporate Security - Security Governance team.Define, review, update and communicate security policies, standards, guidelines and best practices.Help building a security posture for the company.Have a risk approach for problem solving. Define and execute Risk Assessment initiatives, and help implementing mitigation programs.Assess and challenge the operational effectiveness of security controls and help in the implementation of assurance processesCollaborate in communicating security recommendations to meet business objectives in a proactive and pragmatic manner, ensuring an appropriate level of engagement with stakeholders and contributors to ensure success.Participate in processes to measure and assure that controls are in-place and managed properly to meet legal & regulatory compliance.Participate in the creation and delivery of the Training and Awareness plans.Support audit processes. Assist with analysis, documentation, and remediation actions in response to audit findings.Coordinate with other Corporate Security teams.Give support to Local CISOs and their teams.Operate as a Consultant to research / recommend changes to enhance, streamline, and automate Information Security procedures.Update and complement security metrics.Provide, as necessary, technical guidance and guidance to less experienced staff, taking a proactive approach to mentor other members of the team.Report and be an advisor to the Head of Security Governance.Be asked to take on additional duties as well, when needed.We're sure that if this suits you, you'll have this profile:Experience: At least 4 years of professional experience working within Information Security and the responsibilities described aboveTechnical Skills:Have a bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or similar degree) and higher education or equivalent professional experience.Knowledge of Information Security Governance and Compliance frameworksDesirable but not required:Knowledge in the NIST security frameworks.Knowledge in the ISO 27k family of standards.Strong knowledge in consultancy companies’ business processes.Proven history of working independently in a self-motivated manner.Functional Skills:Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to lead, encourage and influence staff across the organization, decision-making and priority identifying.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent C-Level management skills.Strong background in all aspects of IT.Languages:Fluent Spanish proficiency (C1 or higher).Medium English proficiency (B2 or higher).Location: Any location in the EMEAL perimeter (Barcelona or Madrid will be highly considered).If all of the above fits you, we have good news for you: NTT DATA is your place! 😊At NTT Data, we believe everyone is unique and different, this is why we bet for an inclusive culture that recognizes and values diversity.
