SECURITY SUPERVISOR _ MADRID

Securitas Seguridad needs to incorporate a Security Supervisor in Madrid:Functions:-Take ownership of all aspects of the security team and environment ensuring appropriate operational service delivery.-Ensure employees are fluent and at all times compliant with policies and procedures.-Manage employee performance (such as absence monitoring, presentati on standards, etc.).-Ensure employees have received the necessary and appropriate comprehensive training required to operate safely and meetrequirements.-Maintain and verify that employees have access to the necessary tools, equipment and information required to perform theirduti es.-Ensure onsite incidents are responded to and reported efficiently and accurately.-Provide guidance and support to employees.-Work with Securitas Branch team(s) to ensure rosters are managed and implemented correctly and that an adequate backup (orrelief) team of employees are available and arranged when necessary to maintain post coverage.-Report key information metrics to internal teams regarding onsite service delivery.-Assist management with ad-hoc requests.-Ensure site documentati on is maintained and up to date at all times.-Provide consistently high levels of customer service.-Complete continuous training and development activities.-Seek to enhance the security stature of the site by recommending innovations and new ways of working to site management.-Represent the client and Securitas in a way that maintains the standards, brand and values of both.Requirements - Essential:Education: Security licence (as applicable to local laws).Knowledge: Knowledge of access control software; Knowledge of Microsoft Office.Experience: Experience managing or assisting to manage a team within the corporate security sector.Requirements - Desirable:Knowledge: Ability to speak, read, write and understand English; Ability to speak, read, write and understandadditional languages.Experience: Experience reporting key metrics to internal and external stakeholders; Experience in HR activities (recruitment, disciplinary procedures, delivering training, developing teams, etc.).Offer- Job stability and continuous training.- Professional career in an international context.- Retribution: 31.565€ br/año.
