SENIOR AI DESIGNER

Description Scopely is looking for a highly motivated and talented Senior AI Designer to join one of our teams in the Barcelona Office on a Hybrid basis for a temporary assignment of 6 months, with the potential to be extended to 12 months.

What You'll Do.
Lead the creation of AI-generated art, focusing on testing AI tools, setting workflows, and creating stunning art to support the creative game teams across Scopely's portfolio Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-powered creative solutions for visual content Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technology and incorporate them into artistic processes and workflows Experiment with AI-driven tools to explore new possibilities and push the boundaries of artistic expression Optimize AI-generated content for performance and quality across different devices and platforms Work closely with the AI engineering team to provide feedback and insights on the development of new AI tools and features for artistic applications Participate in brainstorms, ideate and sketch ideas before production Execute static assets with deep attention to detail Create regular featuring assets and strong key arts to represent our games in the most impactful way Use insights and team benchmarks to iterate on existing creatives and continuously improve their quality What We're Looking For.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Design industry, preferably in gaming or entertainment.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Arts, or a related field.
Proficiency in AI and machine learning tools, data visualization techniques, data processing, and model evaluation.
Experience with 2D and 3D software such as Photoshop, Figma, Blender, or Maya.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and derive solutions to difficulties arising in the artistic processes.
Excellent communication skills in English.
The ability to drive an idea from conception to completion.
