You will be working at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility specializing in high voltage and extra high voltage power cables, featuring the world's largest HVDC test lab.

As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will be an expert resource within power and automation, supporting the production department with automation and electrical design tasks. You will play a crucial role in deciding and validating automation solutions for new machinery and equipment upgrades.











Key Responsibilities:

PLC Programming and Electrical Design: Work on automation projects for machines and production equipment.

Automation Solutions Development: Develop both small-scale and large-scale automation solutions.

Process Improvement: Help create routines and instructions for the automation development team.

Innovation Forum Participation: Attend and contribute to innovation forums focused on automation.

Team Collaboration: Take part in regular automation development group meetings.
Qualifications:

Experience: Solid background in automation engineering, programming, and project work in a producing industry.

Software Skills: Proficient in using Eplan, ABB, Siemens, and other automation software.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

Personal Traits: You are a thorough, responsible individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, eager to learn, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
