Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. The individual will assist Globant Commerce Studio with its growth ambitions, by communicating between internal departments and external parties to convey how information technology can support the organisation’s needs.RESPONSIBILITIESGather and document customer requirements, map them to platform capabilities and build solution architectureTake full ownership of project and software support documentation.Plan and monitor the Business AnalysisElicit requirements and manage stakeholders collaborationManage Requirements Life CycleAnalyse StrategiesEvaluate SolutionsAnalise and design the e-commerce system.As a Senior team member provide learning support to more junior colleagues. QUALIFICATIONSYou have at least 5 years of experience working as a Business analyst and practical knowledge of Magento/ SFCC/ Shopify/commercetools.Excellent understanding of web development process and e-commerce fieldSolid experience in documenting & analysing system integration solutions would be a significant advantageFull working proficiency in English, both, written and spokenAbility to adapt and think on your feetExtremely motivated and keen to learnADDITIONAL INFORMATIONWork with professionals who have created some of the most revolutionary solutions in their fields.Make an impact.
