SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPER – INTERNATIONAL MARKETS

We’re looking for a Senior Business Developer to help us grow our global presence, expand our partnerships, and drive revenue in the Gift Card and Digital Value industry. If you thrive in fast-paced, international environments, this is the role for you!🔹 Key Responsibilities:Drive international sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with merchants and key partners worldwide.Execute and refine global sales strategies, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and market expansion goals.Negotiate and close high-value deals, managing the full sales cycle with a focus on strategic growth.Analyze market trends and competitors to adapt sales strategies and seize new opportunities.Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring data-driven decision-making.Represent Amilon at global industry events and trade shows, strengthening our presence in international markets.🔹 Requirements4-5 years of experience in global sales, ideally in the Gift Card or digital industry.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Experience working in international teams and across multiple time zones.Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel internationally for business development activities.Location: Madrid or remote (if from the industry).📌 Nice to have:Multilingual skills (English and Spanish C1 required; additional languages are a plus).Experience in digital sales channels and e-commerce strategies.💰 What we offer:Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.Opportunities for career growth in a dynamic, international company.Travel allowances and expense reimbursements.If you’re ready to make an impact in global sales, we’d love to hear from you.
