About the Company:Amilon, Italian-headquartered company leader in E-Gift cards industry for B2B market and part of Zucchetti Group, is looking for a new Senior Business Developer.About the Role:The candidate will be part of Amilon Business Development in AMILON IBERIA offices and will be responsible for the acquisition and maintenance of the new clients in the Spanish market via the following activities:Responsibilities:Gaining a deep understanding of the Global Gift Card Business with specific focus on the SPANISH marketDefining a sales strategy in collaboration with the team and the managerManaging the whole sales cycle from leads qualification to opportunity creation and closure, passing through these intermediate steps of the sales funnel:Active clients management from a commercial point of view and supported for operational aspects by the AMILON CLIENT MANAGEMENT teamScouting new brands to be onboarded in Amilon Spanish E-gift card catalogue coming both from strategic internal decisions, and from relevant Clients’ requestsWorking in unity with the other sales teams to ensure a unified approach for customers, ultimately achieving the goals of the commercial strategy and revenue goalsQualifications:Minimum 4-5 years of experience in B2B business developmentComing from following industries or similar:Incentives AgenciesLoyalty AgenciesMarketing agenciesBenefits AgenciesRewards ResellersMerchant company (position related with Gift Card Management)Required Skills:Spanish mothertongue, english (spoken and written) and Italian nice-to-havePreferred Skills:New customer acquisition skills, sales-driven approachNatural predisposition for gaining contacts & maintaining relationsHighly resolutive and pragmatic approach to building customer relationsConfidence and eagerness to be part of a bigger global Team, as well as willingness to contribute in developing Amilon businessAbility to decrypt client needs and summarize them in a problem-solving perspectiveWell organized for personal and Team’s comfort, hygiene of work and business interestConfident in being able to pitch and negotiate, but also grow company profitability by proactively propose new sales methodologies best applicable on the marketAbility to travel for national clients’ visitsPay range and compensation package:Fixed wage + variable compensation plan based on results
