SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER（CLEANING EQUIPMENT）

Job SummaryResponsible for empowering, motivating, guiding our distributors focused on providing superior service to our valued customers . manage profitable growth across all products and services and optimize all sales channels. In addition, the BDM will expand market presence in assigned vertical by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities. As the sales person of cleaning robots in Spanish region, operates as a subject matter expert in the customer experience and Company brand. Serves as a true generalist across varying workstreams and priorities. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives and contributes to functional strategy development.Job DescriptionSupport, influence, consult and develop a highly engaged, winning distribution network .Show strong influence with Building service contractors and store leadership across the market.Solve needs, make connections with a warm and friendly approach, and is a strong advocate for our products.Works with distributors and their sales reps to grow distribution. Educates, demonstrates, prospects, and closes or helps close deals with distribution and their reps.Works with Strategic Accounts nationwide. This may include surveying new facilities and making solution recommendations to grow Strategic Accounts through in person interaction with facility managers and operation teams.Partners with distributors, dealers, Industrial counterparts, service agents, and other channels of Pudu’s business.Manages channel conflict and day to day customer issues .Executes sales strategy in the assigned market segment as directed by National Business Director.Makes Sales calls, cold calls, and customer calls (face to face, emails, and phone calls) on existing and new target accounts.Completes all “paperwork” and reporting as required.Continually present our solutions to customer base, maintaining existing customer base.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of overall business experience.Demonstrated experience working with distribution and channel partners, service agents, and contractors.Ability to demonstrate drive in gaining new business and new customersCoordinates and executes annual distributor planning within established timelinesConsistently delivers training on commercial products.Identify and effectively partner with key internal and external decision makersIdentify the appropriate communication strategy to the customerEffectively leverages training, tools, technology and programsConsistently exhibits a high level of time and territory managementExceptional organization and prioritization skillsStrong negotiating skillsStrong selling skillsStrong presentation, training and facilitation skillsProficient at interacting with people at all levels of an organizationFunctional PC and PC application skills
