This is our
Senior Data Analyst Media Unit role for those who strive to implement functional processes and drive them to full completion.
Tasks in the role
- Collaborate with Product Engineering and Marketing teams to turn data insights into actionable product changes and drive user acquisition retention and MRR/revenue growth
- Manage data-driven projects providing clear actionable recommendations that contribute to business growth
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders influencing business decisions and strategic planning
- Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports
- Ensure data accuracy in collaboration with Data Engineering teams designing and maintaining pipelines
- Mentor junior team members providing guidance and fostering growth
Requirements
Who we are looking for
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proven experience in finding and communicating data-driven insights that have directly resulted in measurable improvements to key product metrics
- Proficient in SQL. Python expertise for automating data extraction analysis and visualization is a plus.
- Experience with statistical analysis financial modeling and working with complex datasets
- Demonstrated ability to successfully juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor s degree in Economics Mathematics Statistics Computer Science or a related field a Master s degree is a plus

A bit about the team
You can get to know the team better at one of the interviews but some brief information about future colleagues will be useful now.
You will be working in the Insight team inside the Strategy Analytics team. Your direct colleagues are mainly BI developers data engineers and QA engineers.
Tools and technologies we use
- Google Cloud Platform (Google BigQuery as DWH Compute Engine for servers).
- Python SQL.
- Tableau for visualization.
- Gitlab + Airflow for code versioning and CI/CD.
