The Oportunity You will be the overall responsible for the development and execution of various projects, leading a team, ensuring the successful completion of all project phases from requirements gathering to production deployment.
This includes the following aspects.
technical-functional definition, ETL development and data modeling, visualization, as well as conducting training sessions and overseeing the rollout among other key aspects.
Primary Responsibilities    You will participate in the definition and functional analysis in close collaboration with the client, ensuring solutions tailored to their needs.
You will work on a daily basis with SQL databases, data modeling using ETL tools, and data warehouse environments in Azure technology (i.
., Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory, Power BI).
Your responsibilities will extend to internal and external training on relevant tools for the team, identifying necessary training and certifications for team growth.
You will stay updated on the latest technological trends, with a particular emphasis on Data & Analytics, through continuous commitment to training and proactive exploration of new innovations in the sector.
You will closely collaborate with your Manager on operational activities, including team hour input management, forecasting analysis for the upcoming months, etc..
Competencies / Skills.
Fluent in Spanish and English Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a consultant/developer in data platforms, participating in end-to-end Data & Analytics projects Education in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or holding a Higher Education degree or another academic path that has provided you with the capacity for development and critical thinking in this environment.
Additional training in Analytics, Big Data, or a similar discipline will be highly valued.
Communicative, analytical, and business-oriented skills to understand project contexts and assist in decision-making for our clients.
Demonstrating a proactive and participatory attitude is important.
Proven abilities and experience in project management, teamwork, and adaptation to changing environments effectively while optimizing available resources.
Results-oriented, independence, autonomy, dynamism, and freshness in decision-making, improvisation skills, and agility in day-to-day problem-solving.
Desirable to have worked in consulting firms to understand the needs and day-to-day dynamics of our organization.
Solid knowledge in Data & Analytics technologies, with demonstrated experience in SQL development, ETL technologies, and visualization with a focus on Power BI.
Knowledge in data modeling, with particular relevance to adaptation to Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google).
Previous experience in consumption of data coming from SAP sources is valuable.
Technical skills Microsoft Azure.
