The role  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team at Nestle as we continue to expand and enhance our eCommerce platform for Nescafé Dolce Gusto.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
You will work closely with the development and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of software products.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in DevOps practices, automation, and cloud technologies.
What you’ll do  Manage the DevOps capabilities products lifecycle.

Ensure technical excellence and reduce technical debt of the products you own.
Be the expert on DevSecOps, coach and lead the application of its best practices.

Implement and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary measures to ensure data protection.
Volume Stress Testing   Drive CI/CD improvements aiming to automate processes.
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in DevOps, eCommerce platforms, AWS, and Magento.

Minimum qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer.
10+ years’ experience in a technical role.
Strong experience of software development life cycle, code quality and security assurance – DevSecOps (SDLC, QA, SAST and SCA).
Proficiency in Bitbucket, AWS, GIT, SonarQube, CICD, Groovy Scripting and Jenkins.
Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and drive results.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Do-er, hand-on attitude and hunger for process improvements.
Understanding of agile methods and processes.
Capacity to efficiently manage the End to End Product Lifecycle (Roadmap and Backlog management).
Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations.
Effectively communicates in English at different levels in the organization   Experiences working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
Entrepreneurial Mindset and Team Player.
