Requirements.
We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytics role including digital marketing analysis who will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing the effectiveness of analytics insights for our Media Buying department.
The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with Media Buyers employing advanced analytical models statistical solutions and hypothesis testing to optimize processes and drive datainformed decisions that enhance media campaign effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is a detailoriented and creative individual with excellent project management skills and extensive knowledge of the digital marketing and lead generation industry with a focus on media buying.
Primary Responsibilities.
Collaborate extensively with Media Buyers to analyze campaign data and identify optimization and process enhancement opportunities.
Develop analytics processes and reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations based on complex data analysis to influence media buying strategies and tactics.
Perform data mining on large datasets to uncover patterns trends and correlations relevant to our KPIs.
Conduct research and hypothesis testing to come up with ideas that can improve campaign KPIs.
Conduct indepth adhoc analytics and investigations in response to key business questions.
Regularly report insights and progress to stakeholders translating complex data sets into understandable and actionable items.
Stay ahead of industry trends and use this knowledge to recommend changes in analytics / Media Buying strategies.
Qualifications.
3 years of experience in data science or data analysis preferably within a digital marketing/media buying context.
Experience with marketing KPIs (CPC CTR CR etc.) Proficiency in Google Analytics or other web analytics tools Proficiency in statistical analysis methods hypothesis testing data modeling data mining time series analysis (trend seasonality cyclic patterns residual components) forecasting and AB testing.
Proficiency in SQL and Python.
Proven ability to handle large datasets and perform complex quantitative and statistical analysis.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically about the role of data in achieving business objectives.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Teamoriented with a collaborative approach to problemsolving.
