Based in London, Milan, or Madrid We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Director B2B Digital Marketing to lead our B2B marketing strategy across managed and non-managed clients.
This is a key role to drive growth from our Corporate, MICE, Leisure, and Sports clients, transitioning to a fully digital ecosystem through data-driven marketing initiatives, automation, and personalized content.
--- What will you do? Design and implement the B2B marketing strategy targeting key clients.
Define and monitor B2B marketing KPIs (Revenue, Activity, ROI, CTR, CPC, etc.) to measure success and guide strategic decisions.
Lead and manage a multicultural team, overseeing career development, coaching, resource allocation, and recruitment.
Manage digital marketing channels, including CRM email campaigns, social media, and ENA-managed websites (MAM) to attract and engage B2B clients.
Enable the Sales Teams by providing tailored marketing materials, support for client pitches, presentations, and collaterals, ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and sales targets.
Plan and allocate the marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
Qualifications Our ideal profile would be.
Minimum 10 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on B2B digital marketing.
At least 5 years of team management experience within a large organization.
Proficiency in digital tools and platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, Canva, CRM and marketing automation tools).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
A Master’s or Executive Certification in Digital Marketing/B2B Marketing is a plus.
Experience in the hospitality or travel industry (3+ years preferred).
Strategic thinker with expertise in data analysis, project leadership, and innovation.
Language skills.
Proficiency in English and French; German is a plus.
