SENIOR ECONOMIC ANALYST (CONSOLIDATION)

Coordination and monitoring of the different phases of the Group's financial consolidation process on a monthly basis (in accordance with international accounting standards (IFRS-EU)), as well as providing support on the preparation of the Annual and Interim Consolidated Financial Statements and Management Report of the Cellnex Group.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESElaborate consolidated financial information, on a monthly basis, of the Cellnex Group (under IFRS GAAP).Participate in the preparation of documents for the Group’s governing bodies (Board of Directors and Audit and Risk Management Committee) as well as for the Market and CNMV (Spanish regulator).Actively collaborate in the preparation of the Consolidated Annual Accounts and the Consolidated Management Report of the Cellnex Group under IFRS standards (semi-annually and annually).Participate in the process of establishing and standardizing accounting policies of the Cellnex Group.Collaborate in the calculation of Purchase Price Allocations (“PPA”) and the assessment of the impairment of assets.Monitor and coordinate the relationship with the Group's external auditors in relation to the financial audit of the Group.Participate in the implementation and maintenance of the “Internal Control over Financial Reporting” (“ICFR”) model.Control and monitor status with subsidiaries about individual annual accounts of the Group's subsidiaries - local GAAP.Participate in the process of integrating new companies that join the Cellnex Group consolidation perimeter.CANDIDATE PROFILERelevant Professional Experience:✓ More than 5 years of experience in Big Four audit and / or Consolidation department is required.✓ Valuable experience in: international environment ✓ Relevant sectors: Audit✓ Critical experience: o Consolidated financial statements analysis o International financial reporting standardEducation:Bachelor of Business Administration or similar.Master in financial information (audit or similar) will be highly valuedLanguages:English - must have - AdvancedSpanish - valuable - AdvancedItalian / German / French - valuable - IntermediateCore competencies:InfluenceInspirationStrategic visionInnovationGrowth mindsetCustomer orientationPeople developmentInclusion-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------About usBe part of a large and growing technology company that is redefining the future of telecoms.We are the European leader in telecommunications infrastructure and technological innovation, a company with strong geographic expansion and ambitious plans for sustainable global growth.We help people connect and interact with the world, working with passion, honesty and integrity.
