Coolant heater, cold plate, battery cooling system.
Independently execute task using technical skills for projects in the field of Vibration, fluid dynamic, thermal and structural..
Develop Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) models.
Conduct CFD analyses to assess and modify the flow characteristics of components to meet design requirements..
Conduct CFD & FEA analyses for EGR modules, EGR coolers, EGR valves and EV components eg.
Coolant heater, cold plate, battery cooling system.
Conduct FEA analysis- static, Vibration, Frequency response, structural, pressure, fatigue.
Conduct Thermo Mechanical Analysis (TMA) to access the effect of thermal loading with displacement.
Standardize modeling, develop/maintain bill of simulations, establish simulation – Test correlations, and document experiences/lessons learned in database Knowledge Book.
Provide recommendations to product design engineers based on interpretation of analysis results from CFD/FEA report for design optimization.
Basic knowledge of programing language C, C++, MATLAB, Fortan and python.
Rectification of software error and their resolution with minimum time.
Participate in the development of codes to add capability and commitment that support future project on Engine dynamics..
Basic Understanding of design software CATIA/CREO to prepare 3D/2D Engineering drawings.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing & machining process to recommend design changes.
Knowledge of emission systems, regulations will be an added advantage..
Good knowledge of Engine Thermodynamics, heat exchange.
