SENIOR FASHION DESIGNER

In OYSHO, we are looking for a talented Senior Fashion Designer to join our Athleisure-Flat Department.Our location is in Tordera, (Barcelona) from where you will be able to design collections and set the trends on streetstyle for all our stores worlwide.Our collections are committed to functionality and versatility, adapting toany situation and need. At OYSHO, our focus on sport and an active lifestyle motivates us to continue innovating and improving to always offer the best to our customers.Your main functions would be:Interpreting concept & researching trends in favor of main flat collection assuring the visibility of OYSHO DNA in each garment.Solid understanding of fabrics, details, trims, fit and construction.Work closely with other members of the Athleisure team on creating and developing new collections, garments, concepts and patterns from brainstorming the ideas to the final product.Draw the technical files for our suppliers to ensure that quality, construction, and fit are aligned with brand needs.How do we imagine you?To be successful in this position, you must have a positive attitude, with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. Furthermore, you must be able to demonstrate:4+ years of professional experience in a similar position in an international environment.Experience with flat fabrics (linen, cotton, poplin, etc...) is essential.Be aware of trends, brands, designers, catwalks: be a passionate fashion and sports lover.Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced ever-changing environment.The ability to demonstrate outstanding creative instincts and a distinct point of view.Very good/ fluent knowledge of English and Spanish.What do you get?By being part of Oysho’s team, you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues of more than 15 nationalities.Time flexibility and intensive workday on Fridays.25 days of annual vacation.
