What You'll Do Translate wireframe designs into best in class web interfaces, supporting the player experience in Playgami Console Work closely with feature owners, the Playgami Product Design (UX/UI) team and other development teams to implement new features for our users and stakeholders Participate in Technical Design Documents and code reviews to collaborate and share feedback with other team members Write automated, high-quality tests and work with your team and the Product Manager to ensure the delivery of high quality software that works smoothly Define and encourage use of best practices for frontend engineering throughout all development phases Help build a strong engineering team and culture Work in an agile environment where your opinions matter Team up with skilled colleagues that are committed to delivering the best products possible Share knowledge and help colleagues both inside and outside of your team What We're Looking For Great teammate with good communication skills, someone who is easy to work with Strong computer science and engineering fundamentals (data structures, design patterns, algorithms) High-quality and maintainable code writing Deep experience in frontend engineering and UI development, with a meaningful focus in the React ecosystem Strong understanding of web applications architecture and patterns, considering the distributed nature of such products Experience addressing cross-browser compatibility concerns Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail Self motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing to a high functioning team environment Bonus Points Experience building smooth and fun web interfaces, maximizing the latest technologies Experience with continuous integration and delivery processes Experience with AWS Always looking further to keep improving your skills Product Engineering attitude At Scopely, we create games for everyone - and want to ensure that the people behind our games reflect that!
