SENIOR FRONTEND ENGINEER (REACT)

We aim to change the recruitment service industry ($700bn market) by creating a decentralized platform empowering top recruiters to go solo, engage, manage, grow, and monetize their talent pools.Our ultimate vision is to provide everyone with unprecedented access to opportunity.The company was founded in mid-2021, reached 1M€ in yearly revenue in 2022, and now looking to build products faster and grow x4 throughout 2023.In this context, we're hiring for a Frontend Engineer, someone who will have the privilege to shape the UI and Fronted architecture of our product reporting directly to our CTO & Co-Founder.What you will be doingDesign, develop, and maintain the frontend of our product using ReactCollaborate with the team to implement new features and improve user experienceWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient codeParticipate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standardsStay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and best practicesQuickly building prototypes and mockups with UI design tools such as Figma and Adobe XDWho you are4+ years of experience in Frontend Development, with a focus on ReactStrong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSSExperience developing UI mockups with FigmaExperience with Git, webpack, and other frontend development toolsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailGood communication and teamwork skillsStrong understanding of user-centered design principlesWhy should you join?
