SENIOR FULL STACK TECHNICAL LEAD (JAVA + NODEJS) _VOIS

What you’ll do We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Full Stack Developer with expertise in Spring Boot, Java, Node.
s, and extensive experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 9 years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack development and AWS cloud services.
As a Principal Full Stack Developer, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions that leverage AWS services to meet the needs of our clients and drive business growth.
Responsibilities.
Lead the development and implementation of complex software solutions using Spring Boot, Java, Node.
s, React, and AWS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices for AWS development and deployment.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in development processes and methodologies leveraging AWS services.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and AWS best practices.
Stay updated on AWS cloud services, tools, and technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Contributes to delivery of development activities in line with the business brief and SLAs; Understands the business needs and provides technological support of demand management during concept and solution design phases and change requests; Maintains strong relations with relevant stakeholders, to include Architects, Solution Designers, project team and vendors; May provide informal guidance to junior staff.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 9 years of experience in software development, with a focus on full stack development.
Proven expertise in Spring Boot, Java, Node.
s, and AWS cloud services.
Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.
Experience deploying solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
