Their commitment extends to maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance, delivering a user-friendly experience, and ensuring full legal validity.Educational Background:• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.• Proficiency in English (B2 level required); Italian language skills are a plus.Ideal Candidate Profile:• Enthusiastic about working in a multicultural, international setting.• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a flair for presentations.• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.• Resilient under pressure with a natural ability to handle stress.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain a portfolio of high-value clients.• Understand and address the needs and requirements of clients.• Build and sustain long-term professional relationships to create a mutually beneficial environment.• Prevent client attrition and implement strategies to keep clients loyal.• Propose and execute solutions to client challenges within established timelines.• Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.• Serve as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams.• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to uphold trust.• Identify high-value clients and strategize ways to build and nurture these relationships.• Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and generate additional sales.• Prepare and present regular reports to both internal and external stakeholders.• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer support teams.• Develop and implement long-term strategies for client retention.Experience Requirements:Mandatory experience in companies providing digital services and solutions related to document management, electronic signatures, digital identity, and certified electronic communications.In-depth knowledge of the ICT market, with experience in the Digital Trust sector preferred.Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of success.Why Join Us?• Be part of a global, innovative team.• Engage in diverse and challenging projects.• Contribute to meaningful client relationships and business growth.• Enjoy a supportive and dynamic work environment.
