SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER / BUSINESS ANALYST

At CORUS we are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our team in an international insurance project.Location: Remote from SpainThe ideal candidate is a motivated individual with a passion for technology and a proven track record in project delivery.flexibilityagile mindsetstrong technology backgroundcoordination of multiple internal and external partiesexcellent communication skillsMain responsibilities:Drive the project execution, working in an agile and fast-paced environment. Adapt to changing requirements and priorities to implement a successful solution.Work with stakeholders to understand work and effort required, and ensure work is sequenced to meet deadlinesSupport the business to document selected business processes and data flows.Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to ensure smooth project execution.Work with stakeholders to understand, document and prioritize their requirementsMonitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise.Collaborate with technical teams to define project scope, plan, objectives, and deliverables.Skills and Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in project managementStrong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive product decisions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence team members.Excellent English skills, other languages a plusWhat do we offer:Remote work from SpainFlexible remuneration and a personalized training plan.People-focused team.Dynamic work environment, with real possibilities for professional growth.International projects of high technological valueAt CORUS we are very conscious of the importance of respecting diversity.
