What you’ll do   To be part of a Secure IT team acting as a primary point contact for technical escalations, with responsibility for ensuring our IT systems run efficiently across a complex deployment of secure networks.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience focusing on virtual environments and associated technologies.
• Act as a technical escalation point for IT Systems Analysts and Administrators  • Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of all IT related infrastructure • Monitor the performance of servers, and associated hardware & software • Ensure that new solutions and system upgrades are deployed in a controller manner  • Work with the IT Infrastructure Lead and internal stakeholders to produce and update system designs • Act as a primary point of contact for technical related matters for Internal/External stakeholders & 3rd party suppliers Who you are   • Advanced Linux (CentOS, Debian, RHEL) & Windows System Administration • Advanced knowledge of virtualization (VMWare)  • Good logical diagnostic skills.
ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues • Experience of implementing IT Security Policies • Ability to test and deploy new technologies to enhance and integrate with existing systems • Computer Science or IT based degree or equivalent industry experience • Proactive, self-motivated, and be able to keep up with the rapid pace of ICT • Willing to go through DV clearance   What we offer   We believe that taking care of our employees is the key to their success.
