Your mission will be to work on high-impact products, developing cutting-edge solutions for the global insurance market, while delivering top-quality code and providing strategic insights that drive the success of our projects.Key ResponsibilitiesBackend development using Java for innovative insurance sector solutionsCollaborate with a diverse international team on global projectsContribute to the evolution of our solutions with a focus on scalability and qualityParticipate in strategic discussions on architecture and engineering best practicesRequirements4+ years of experience with Java, JAX-RS, Spring, Rest and HibernateProficient with tools like Git, Maven, and JenkinsDatabase monitoring and execution is required.Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM/KanbanGood conversational English and Spanish skillsMeticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing clean, well-structured code 😊Nice-to-HavePrevious experience in the Insurtech sector is a plusKnowledge of microservices architecturePrevious experience with cloud is a plusOfferDirect contract with the clientCompetitive salary and an attractive benefits packageHybrid work model: 2x monthly office visits in MadridA flexible, collaborative work environment with an international teamFlat management structure with real opportunities for personal and professional growthWork on exciting and innovative projects.
