We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with passion for technology for an END CLIENT in Barcelona.You will join to a large German company from retail sector.They offer you diverse and exciting career opportunities in a dynamic work environment that stands for development and progressYou will be part of an international team composed of people from different countries and background where you’ll be able to share your experience and knowledge to carry-out team work and meet the objectives.As a Java Developer you will do:Write clean, efficient and maintainable code following best practicesConduct code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainabilityOptimize existing code and architecture is a core taskWork and collaborate closely with the scrum engineering team, product owner and other team membersLearn new technologies and programming languages is part of your daily routineWrite and maintain comprehensive documentationYour profile:5+ years of experience in software development in a productive enterprise environmentDeep knowledge in the development of Java including writing unit and integrations testsUnderstanding of modern design pattern and proven experience of applying themExpertise in developing and maintaining APIs based on Open API SpecificationsExcellent communication and teamwork skills within cross-functional international teams with the ability to mentor junior level colleaguesSelf-committed and quick familiarization with new innovative technologiesWhat is ValuableInfrastructure Knowledge, explicitly in the context of network security or load balancingProfound experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processesRelational and non-relational Database-Knowledge (MongoDB preferred)Hands-on experience in Kotlin and KtorThe company is offering:Direct permanent contract with+ career plan+ competitive salary+ corporate benefits (Tickets, career path, private health insurance, "jornada de verano", etc.)+ working in an international environment.Location: Barcelona - Hybrid working 8 days a month onsite flexibles!
