The firm adopts a rational, specialized, and innovative approach to protect the interests of its clients. PionAirLaw's team of lawyers is dedicated to handling ADR and judicial claims related to airline passenger rights and utilizes legal technology for efficient and effective results in cases.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Senior Lawyer with 5-6 years of experience at PionAirLaw in Madrid. The Lawyer will be responsible for leading the team of lawyers defending our clients, handling their own legal proceedings (mainly passenger-initiated mass litigation) and providing legal advice on airline-related issues.QualificationsExtensive experience in leading teams and managing legal proceedings, with a track record of driving results and fostering team collaborationSpecialized knowledge in administrative, commercial, civil, and contentious-administrative law, with substantial experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and judicial claims within the airline sectorIn-depth understanding of aviation industry regulations, processes, and legal frameworks (experience in this sector is a strong asset). Exceptional analytical abilities, with a strategic approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions effectively.Fluent in written and spoken English at a near-native level, with excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.Highly adaptable to changing circumstances, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments.Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while also excelling in collaborative, team-based settings.
