SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER/MARKETING DIRECTOR - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES

Our main product is used by hundreds of thousands of developers , some of them developing solutions for the main companies in the IT sector: Intel, AMD, Meta (facebook), Amazon...Now we are hiring an experienced Senior Marketing Manager/Marketing Director. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong technical background, preferably in networking middleware, Robotics or AI. We are based in Madrid, and the key responsibilities are content and material creation, representation of the product, and generation of community growth.You will work closely with our Software Development team and our Marketing and Sales team to receive, understand, and transmit information.Be prepared for interesting projects: All our projects are international, and we deal with trending topics such as AI (Large Language Models, Perception), Robots of many types, the automotive sector, etc.The position involves participating in the complete marketing/sales process:Work together with Marketing, Product, and Sales departmentsGenerate a Content strategy with articles and material for all common marketing channels, and generate growthDevelops sales tools, including sales scripts, presentations, and demonstration scripts, and can effectively communicate solution benefits with internal sales teams and channel partnersSupport the complete sales process, generating leads, working with the CRM, and helping with specific accounts.Understanding and ability to translate technical topics to a non-technical audienceSupports marketing programs, campaigns, and additional assets with content and messaging to drive demandResearch competitive solutions and maintain competitive comparisons, market trends, and evaluationsAbility to take an abstract idea, design it out, build the plan, and deliver the details Develop and execute go-to-market plans and ensure internal organizational readinessRequirements:Previous software product marketing experienceBasic Understanding of networking middleware concepts, AI and RoboticsExperience working with product management & engineering/developmentExperience with one or more of the following:-- Networking middleware-- AI-- Robotics-- Developer toolsExperience with one of the following industries/verticals:-- Defense & Aerospace-- Robotics-- Automotive-- IoTEducation/Experience:Bachelor’s degree in ADE, Marketing or Engineering, MBA is a plus5+ years’ experience in a product marketing role, preferably in the high-tech industryExperience in launching new high-tech products and communicating benefitsDemonstrated history of managing complex projects and executing marketing plansExperience in conducting market analysis, developing market messaging, and communicating benefitsDomain expertise in the software development tools industry, either firsthand or through a successful tenure at a software development tools companyEnglish C2Good communication skillsWhat we offer:Good work schedule and home office.Competitive salary: We are looking for the best.International environment.
