RoleWe are currently looking for a talented Senior Media Buyer to continue developing the group’s advertising campaigns and mentor the junior colleagues. You will join our energetic, fun and highly motivated multinational team in our office located in Barcelona.You are an experienced media buyer and you know how to generate performance-based leads. In other words, you know how to generate profit with your campaigns. You know how to optimise campaigns based on customer feedback. You’re not afraid to manage hundreds of active campaigns and very large daily budgets. Last but not least, you can react within tight deadlines.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for planning and managing digital performance marketing campaigns for a portfolio of top-tier advertisers in different verticals. You will control the entire acquisition funnel and optimise your forms and upsells. Your dedication and ability to be creative and find new marketing angles will ensure your success. ResponsabilitiesImplement, optimise and manage your ad campaigns from A to ZDevelop a relevant bidding strategy for all your campaignsAcquire traffic on different traffic sources including social networks, search and content discovery platformsFarm accounts when necessary to always have potential backupsCreate and edit landing pages via our inhouse tools with the help of our designerAnalyse and synthesise your data and resultsMake sure to reach the caps provided by the sales teamActively exchange with the sales team to provide feedback on your campaigns and your needsMake sure to meet the quality requirements of each clientSplit test your campaigns 24/7 and use objective data to increase the level of performance of your campaigns.RequirementsYou have a background in digital, preferably in data analysis, digital marketing, web development or web design. But more importantly, you have experience in the field and have already worked as a media buyer and generated performance leads.Master in Facebook ads and Google AdwordsYou have a true analytical and statistical approach to your workA strong result-oriented culture focused on ROIYou master tracking tools such as Voluum and ZapierKnowledge of native networks such as Taboola / Outbrain as well as programmatic advertising is a huge plus.French or Spanish speaker is a plusPackagePermanent contract with an attractive salary and commission system.
