Description Scopely is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to join the Global People Team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis.

The People team handles everything from benefits & employee engagement to professional development opportunities and more! What you will do As a People Business Partner you will act as a strategic advisor to management, aligning HR practices with business goals.
You will handle employee relations, talent management, and performance reviews, ensuring effective communication between employees and leadership.
Your role will involve executing HR strategies, supporting organizational development, and fostering a positive work culture to drive business success.
Facilitate and coach teams on problem-solving, career pathing, employee relations, and performance management.
Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, escalating to HR or Legal as needed to ensure responses align with Scopely's values.
Coach line managers on career development, performance processes, and accountability for ongoing coaching.
Shape and lead aspects of global Talent Management by understanding the Games organization's talent needs, challenges, and culture.
Design and implement solutions aligned with global talent programs, and participate in improving talent density by partnering with hiring managers in the interview process.
Collaborate with the People Business Partner team to coach leaders on change management and connect business changes to organizational and individual roles.
Support change strategies, communication, and post-implementation assessments; manage change initiatives when needed.
Partner with HR management and COEs to identify and implement innovative programs that enhance the organization's capability and meet business goals.
Oversee the annual performance review process, ensuring timely and constructive feedback is provided, and manage probationary periods and performance improvement plans.
Support organizational development and employee engagement by implementing action plans from engagement surveys.
Assist in change management and support employees during transitions, including executing DEI initiatives.
Identify training needs and collaborate with the COE team to deliver relevant programs, promoting continuous learning and development.
What We're Looking For At least 4 years of human resource management experience Bachelor's and/or Master's degree or equivalent work experience Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
