SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER

With over 140 plants in 26 countries, Antolin has achieved this strong industry presence through over seventy years of working with our customers in order to develop a complete cycle of component manufacturing, from their conception and design, through the development and validation stages, to their industrialisation and sequenced delivery.Mission:To ensure compliance with the defined process in the project management system within the company regarding Process Engineering, as well as the instructions and standards of the Processes departmentResponsibilities:Analyze and document the Process Design Input Data.Plan activities related to Manufacturing Process Design and Production Means.Define the necessary means to manufacture prototypes by issuing the corresponding Specifications and providing Purchasing with the necessary drawings and data for sending to suppliers.Define the Process, based on the Process Design Input Data, by issuing the following documentation: layout, Process Diagram (Manufacturing/Control Flowchart), Initial Process Description, and List of production means.Pilot the development and update of the Process FMEA.Develop Assembly Instructions for Prototypes.Document together with Purchasing, the decision to Make or Buy.Develop together with the project's Quality Engineering, the Process Qualification Conditions Plan.Issue Specifications for Manufacturing Means.Validate the process design and distribute the documentation along with Validation to the Functions involved in the Project's industrialization.Conduct simulations, prototypes, etc., during the development phases to confirm product feasibility.EtcWhat we are looking for:A degree in Engineering.Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions in the Automotive Sector.Knowledge of APQP (Automotive Product Quality Planning), Methods and Times, Machinery Safety and Regulations.Principles of robotics, electricity, electronics, and automation.Ability to communicate effectively with various departments.Capacity Analysis Report (CAR), Siemens PLM Software (Teamcenter), Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), APQP.Willing to travel.The ability to adapt to an ever-changing business environment and embrace new technologies and approaches.What can we offer you: You will be part of a highly engaged multinational with international career opportunities.We offer you a learning journey adapted to your profile.You will work on international projects for world- renowned companies in Automotive sector.You can find an Open Environment to learn new technologies.Here at Antolin, we are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workplace.
