he Role We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with experience across various products to join one of our teams.
This role requires full ownership of your area, the ability to work autonomously, and the skills to lead from both a strategic and execution perspective.

wn the product area.
Understand the current information architecture and how is related to all Factorial product teams.
Define the product vision and strategy.
ead the product execution.
Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to bring your vision to life.
Define the roadmap including key initiatives.
ollaborate cross-functionally.
Partner with our clients, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to deeply understand user needs and the HR space, identifying opportunities to create value.

Be accountable for business outcomes, product success metrics, and continuous improvement of the product.
hat We’re Looking ForYou’re likely a great fit if you.
ave proven experience in Product Management in the B2B SaaS space (preferably 5+ years with at least 3 years of hands-on ownership of full product lifecycle management).
ave a technical background or deep understanding of technology.
Ability to understand and simplify complex permission models so they are intuitive and user-friendly.
xperience analyzing usage data to refine and optimize permission models.
igh interest in discovery and solution validation.
Business-driven and obsessed with product scalability.
re data-driven, setting hypotheses and success metrics for each product launch.
You value measurable results and are comfortable with data analysis and experimentation.
ossess strong communication skills.
You're confident in pitching, influencing, and advocating for your product vision internally and externally.
You're comfortable interfacing with senior leadership and customers.
ave GTM (Go-to-Market) experience.
Our PMs are very GTM-driven, ensuring product launches are well-coordinated with Marketing and Sales.
re comfortable with scaling processes, managing multiple stakeholders, and proactively optimizing workflows—even beyond your immediate area of responsibility.
omfortable working in a scaling company where processes and priorities evolve quickly.
bility to push initiatives forward in an environment with multiple competing demands.
peak fluent English and Spanish (additional languages such as French, Italian, or German are highly valued).
