At FINERGE , we keep working to develop #renewables energies, and achieve a #netzero world.🌏To accomplish this goal, we are looking for a "𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿", to offer her/him a project where she/he could grow and develop.Would you like to apply, or may you know someone who could fit the role?Do not hesitate to apply, share it, or reach us for any further information, if you want to become a #climateguardian✅ General DescriptionThe Senior Project Developer is responsible for the development of wind/solar powered generation projects from the project identification stage through financial closing and start of construction.✅ Main AccountabilitiesEstablish and manage relationships with stakeholders, including regulators, utilities, TSOs and community leaders, to support project development.Responsible for monitoring the national and regional permitting process of wind/solar farmsIdentify prospective projects with suitable wind/solar resource, electric transmission access, and site characteristics.Monitor generation interconnection studies performed by transmission providers and third parties.Manage the environmental study and permitting process.Initiate, lead and conduct value-added engineering studies of alternative design approaches with internal and external resources as needed.Manage and coordinate engineering activities such as: project LCOE optimization, CAPEX and OPEX optimization, project layout design, MV collection system design, etc.Develop project budgets and cost models.Support the financial analysis and modelling of the project.Collaborate in M&A transactions (greenfield, close to RTB stage, etc) and due diligence processes.Obtain land surface rights to design, permit, construct, operate, and maintain wind/solar power projects.Manage project level expenditures and invoice processing.Participate in interconnection agreement negotiations.Promote, analyze and coordinate potential co-development agreements.Work with internal resources, such as the Legal, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance, Investment Analysis and Energy Assessment teams.Analyze and evaluate new and emerging technologies as part of solar/wind projects, hybrid projects and storage projects as the market evolves.Provide reports to management by producing regular and frequent pipeline updates, project status updates, and other reporting documents.Research energy market and competition on an ongoing basis.Communicate information continuously and effectively to cross-functional team.✅ Experience5 years or more of progressively responsible project management experience in the energy industry.Deep knowledge of the Spanish markets and a strong/solid network in the sector and licensing authorities.Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software; some knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS softwareExperience with renewables project.Experience in local and national policy development a plus.Technical knowledge of permitting processes and regulatory requirements relating to development, construction, and operations of energy projects✅ LanguagesProficient level of English is mandatory.✅ Skills neededStrong organizational and multitasking skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detailExcellent Interpersonal and teamwork skillsAbility to work productively with limited supervisionTime-management skillsStrong interest in environmental issues and renewable energyAbility and willingness to travel and work overtime as neededFamiliarity with wind/solar power project development preferred✅ OthersRequired to travel 30-40% of the time𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 ❔✔️ Advanced well-being policy with flexible working hours and 2 remote-working days/week✔️ TOP salary conditions composed by Fix Annual + Performance Bonus.✔️ Healthcare Insurance, providing Physical, Menthal, and Dental services.✔️ Monthly meal vouchers, free of taxes on top of your salary.✔️ Free fruit and coffee at the office✔️ Regular events where you could collaborate with green-initiatives with your own hands.✔️ A project full of growing and develop possibilities.✔️ The chance to join a high performing team, in a fast-paced market that will continuously challenge and push you to improve.✔️ An organization full of passionate people, with a deep rooted collaborator-caring culture, driven by results.
