Forma parte de nuestro equipo y conviértete en Progress Enablers.En OHLA buscamos incorporar un Senior Planner para Dirección de Norte de Europa con sede en nuestras oficinas centrales de Madrid.The Senior Planner for the Northern Europe will ensure that full suite of integrated and coordinated design, procurement and construction programs are prepared and maintained up-to-date in conjunction and agreement with design, procurement and construction disciplines within the project team.The Senior NE Planner will lead, support and mentor a team of project planners in order to implement and control the integrated project performance, as monitoring progress, evaluating options, forecasting and communicating the effects of change, variations and delayed information on the project. This will include reporting on the status of the master program against contract completion and milestone dates and required resource levels.The Senior NE Planner will contribute to input on the Risk Register and contractual matters, on all aspects related with the project performance and contractual obligations, and support and guide the elaboration of the migration plans and claims.Programs should be prepared using Primavera P6 software to their maximum potential.ResponsibilitiesTender StageAssist tendering team, in house and external planning resources, in the production of tender programmes. Providing as required on each tender instructions, not limited to integrated and coordinated design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover programs included resourcing and BIM interfacing as required.Ensure that all programs meet the requirements of and are compliant with the contract, the SPP and the overall target design, procurement and construction program.Ensure that all programs reflect the developed scope of work agreed by the project team.Delivery StageProvide deep contractual understanding, with specific focus on scope, design, construction, commissioning, interfaces, key milestones and specific contract reporting/notification requirements.Able to support multiple project based planners on developing detailed programme baselines.Ensure consideration of all required input from external stakeholders (partners, vendors, subcontractors, Client….) the integration of all parties’ schedules in an overall project master schedule.Supervise the production of baseline progress “S” curves from list of activities, assigned weights, progress steps and schedule dates.Promptly advise PM and the relevant responsible of any relevant deviations against the baseline.Monitor progress on all programs to provide information on the status of the project with regard to the percentage of work done against planned.Provide input as required to the Project Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Reports in accordance with the internal reporting requirements of OHLA and input monthly to Work Period Report as per the contractual requirements.Contract & Entitlements FocusAssist the PM in any other matter related with project status reporting, planning, scope management, risk management and claims or back-claims.Provide feedback on the effects of change, variations or delays including forecasting and communicating the effects of such changes and the evaluation of options to deal with such changes.
