ollect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with owners whilst ensuring company commission policy is in place.
anage client relationship giving regular feedback and reports to vendors on market status and properties listed with Lucas FoxBusiness development in the area(s) assigned, by farming potential properties to list, network activities, etcDeal with allocated clients from initial contact until completion and post completion of the dealsOffer constructive and creative options and solutions for vendors in order to close dealsKeep our CRM updated with clients requirements and maintain your personal data base up to date and in line with the commercial requirements and activityRequirementsPrevious experience in the real estate sector - specific knowledge of the Valencia key areas and central locations is preferredIn depth business knowledge of real estate , legal and financial concepts and processesFluent in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus)Professional, good presence, excellent communication & negotiation skills, self-motivation and drive to achieve top resultsFinancially and results-oriented and able to work in an international teamProactive with a can-do attitudeOrganized, prepared to work flexible hours and a hands-on personBenefitsWe offer an indefinite full-time position with a good basic salary, high commissions and performance bonuses.
