SENIOR SAP BUSINESS WAREHOUSE CONSULTANT

From TSD Barcelona (Spain), we are looking to recruit a Senior Sap BW on HANA (7.5) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in maintenance, development, and/or implementation, preferably in logistics within the industrial sector.You will work under the guidance of experienced consultants who will help you enhance your expertise in SAP BW. You will be part of a dynamic team working on a significant project for a multinational company in the industrial sector. This is a long-term project with a hybrid work model based in the Baix Llobregat region (Barcelona, Spain).Your responsibilities will include:Supporting implementations, data migration, configurations, and adaptations of solutions.Managing incidents and user requests, providing support to end users and the business team for effective use of SAP BW on HANA.Assisting with testing prior to the deployment of new versions (integration and functionality tests).Collaborating on the maintenance and optimisation of SAP BW on HANA, including updates, patch application, and performance enhancements.Participating in process improvement projects to address technical and functional issues, as well as identifying data errors or performance problems.Preparing technical, functional, and solution documentation to improve service quality, including updating user manuals and standard operating procedures.Contributing to data analysis, design, and modelling, as well as the creation of dashboards and reports with HANA Studio (HANA Graphical Views).Required qualifications:At least 4 years of experience in SAP BW on HANA (7.5) consultancy, including maintenance, implementation of BW/Analytics/Data Warehouse solutions, and HANA environment solutions, preferably in logistics within the industrial sector.Reside in Barcelona, Spain and have up-to-date documentation to be eligible for employment.Proven experience in developing SAP BW models leveraging LIS extractors from the Sales and Distribution (SD) module.Proficiency in SAP modelling using HANA Studio, including hands-on experience in developing models based on HANA graphical views (Calculation Views) and writing SQL scripts to support data transformation and reporting.Knowledge of ABAP programming (OOP).Advanced proficiency in spoken Spanish and English.Desirable qualifications:Degree in Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.SAP BW certifications or a Master’s in SAP.Knowledge/experience with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BO, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, etc.Functional knowledge of SAP standard modules such as SD, MM, FI-CO, PS.SQL proficiency for database queries (Oracle, IBM, or others).Experience with BI modelling and visualisation tools (Power BI, Qlik, MicroStrategy, Tableau, or others).What we offer:Competitive annual gross salary, aligned with your education, experience, and certifications.Hybrid work model (60% onsite in Baix Llobregat (Barcelona), 40% remote).
