You will guide clients in optimizing their financial operations and ensuring compliance while integrating with other SAP modules.What You Will Be DoingLead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FI modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA) within the pharmaceutical sector.Work closely with clients in the pharmaceutical industry to gather business requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure regulatory compliance.Lead cross-functional teams, managing integration with SAP CO, MM, SD, and other modules.Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure thorough understanding of SAP FI solutions, focusing on industry-specific needs.Provide expert support during testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP FI-related issues and provide post-implementation support.Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA FI advancements and guide clients in applying these innovations to their pharmaceutical operations.Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.Qualifications5-9 years of experience as an SAP FI Consultant, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and full-cycle implementations.Deep understanding of SAP FI processes (GL, AP, AR, AA) and their integration with other SAP modules (CO, MM, SD).Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical skills and the ability to design tailored solutions to meet pharmaceutical client needs.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Onsite presence required: 20%, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining time.Additional InformationAt Fusion, we aspire to be one of the world's leading life sciences consulting firms, setting industry benchmarks with innovative and pioneering solutions.At Fusion, we unite entrepreneurial minds from around the globe to develop and implement game-changing solutions that build lasting relationships with our clients.Hiring Philosophy: We value employees who push boundaries through innovation, navigating diverse client needs in ever-evolving environments, with a commitment to continuous learning both for themselves and their colleagues.Growth & Development: Go beyond, grow beyond, and maximize impact.
