The opportunity Opportunity to work in EY offices, providing support in development tasks based on the Security By Design principle.
The selected candidate will be responsible for incorporating security principles from the early stages of the software development life cycle (SDLC), ensuring that the developed applications are secure from conception to implementation.
As a member of our team in the EY GDS Spain office in Malaga, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches.
You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation.
Your key responsibilities Design and develop applications with a security-by-design approach.
Collaborate with software architects and other developers to identify and mitigate security risks in design and architecture.
Implement and promote secure coding practices.
Conduct code reviews to identify and fix security vulnerabilities.
Develop and maintain security documentation and best practice guides.
Act as a Security Champion by training development teams on Security by Design principles.
Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats.
Participate in the evaluation and selection of security tools and technologies.
To qualify for the role, you must have   Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
Ability to work in a team Communication and innovation skills.
Autonomy, proactivity and critical capacity Experience in software development with a focus on security.
Programming languages ​​such as Python, Java, Go, etc.
Deep knowledge of Security by Design principles and practices.
Familiarity with security frameworks and tools such as OWASP, SAST, SCA and DAST Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
High level of english     Ideally, you’ll also have Certifications or Master's degree in cybersecurity DevSecOps and security tools certifications Cloud provider certifications Experience in the financial sector Knowledge of other languages ​​will be valued.
