SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER (W/M)

This role is crucial for leading the development of innovative software, directly contributing to the growth and success of our technological mission.Role and responsibilities:System Architecture: Design scalable solutions from scratch focused on new innovative products for the business line as a full stack, including backend and frontend design with web technologies deployed in the public cloud.Software Design and Development: Design and develop software while controlling quality, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and security in the developed solutions.Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain high-quality standards, and collaborate in defining coding standards and implementing good practices.Technical Leadership and Mentorship: Take on the role of technical leader in projects, guiding and supporting less experienced development teams.Project Management and Planning: Participate in project planning and estimation of necessary resources and time, and collaborate with other areas of the company to understand requirements and priorities.Problem Solving and Debugging: Identify and resolve complex problems in existing software and work on improving the performance and stability of the developed software.Qualifications and training requirements: Academic Background: Ideally a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
