Dare to make an impact? YOUR ROLE Provide and manage autonomously IT local services to ensure service excellence, supporting local requirements and meeting customer expectations.
Operates local IT services in the area of responsibility and supports the IT infrastructure in the other areas.
Manages changes to the IT infrastructure and carries out all assigned roll-out activities for new standard operations.
Responsible for the set-up, analysis, implementation, operation, re-launch and decommissioning of technology components.
Guarantees, in rotation with another member of staff, 24x7 support availability for the Montornes site, capable of identifying, classifying, following up and resolving possible failures in the local IT/OT infrastructure, minimising the impact on production.
Optimise and organise the exchange of information with other internal/external organisational units and functions, local point of contact for the exchange of information and clarification of processes.
Work closely with local service providers and global service parties Implements and ensures local compliance with corporate policies, standards and procedures.
YOUR SKILLS +5 years of experiencerequired in the sector and valuable international experience Educationalbackground in Information Technology, Computer Science or engineeringinformatics Fluentin English and Spanish Experience and knowledge about Project management,ITIL Processes & Microsoft,Cisco/Aruba/Networking Certifications (if available) Good teamplayer and good communication skills tointeract with different stakeholders Availability to travel occasionally to Portugal At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
