What you´ll be doing - Create a large talent pool for both our in-store and head office teams.
- Comprehensive management of the recruitment process from start to finish, including conducting personal and online interviews, as well as initial screening.
- Carry out the back office tasks corresponding to this area.
translations, opening and closing of processes, management of ETT applications, response to requests from the department's mailbox and everything derived from these processes.
- Support in the creation and correction of content for the Internal Communication and Linkedin networks.
- Being a partner of the hiring managers of each department that requires it, being available to provide the service at the level of selection, proactivity in the processes and resolution of doubts.
- Continuous and proactive optimisation of the selection processes, as well as the evaluation of profiles in order to find creative solutions.
- Acquisition and participation in projects and tasks that may arise in the field of Talent Acquisition.

As a Talent Acquisition specialist, you will complete the selection processes for our hiring managers in the retail sector with the best and most suitable candidates.
It is important to be in constant contact with the hiring managers, to get to know the business, their needs and to be able to adapt and provide the necessary training if required.
Innovative search strategies and Employer Branding activities will be developed, aligned with the brand philosophy and values.
As well as identifying new tools or creative trends to continue to position the company as a benchmark brand in the sector.
Requisitos - You have a higher education with a focus on HR.
- At least 3-4 years of professional experience in the recruitment field, ideally in the retail sector.
- Service mentality to help teams.
- Proactivity and creative ability to solve recruitment processes.
- You can speak English fluently, being able to work on a daily basis in an international environment.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
