What You Will Do We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Technical Producer to join our Infrastructure and Services team for our game Star Trek Fleet Command.
This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in the development of a groundbreaking game that will set new standards in the industry.
Project Management.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the infrastructure and services components of the Star Trek Fleet Command project, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
Team Leadership.
Manage and mentor a team of engineers and developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
Technical Oversight.
Oversee the technical aspects of the infrastructure and services, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaboration.
Work closely with other departments, including design, art, and gameplay, to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure and services with the overall game development.
Risk Management.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the project stays on track.
Continuous Improvement.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes to enhance team productivity and project quality.
What We're Looking For Experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical producer role within the game development industry, with a focus on infrastructure and services.
Leadership.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing technical teams.
Technical Skills.
Strong understanding of game development infrastructure, including cloud services, server architecture, and networking.
Project Management.
Excellent project management skills with experience in agile methodologies.
Problem-Solving.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Communication.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
