SENIOR VALIDATION ENGINEER

Responsibilities.
Develop and implement validation protocols to ensure the smooth functioning of essential systems and processes.
Collaborate with diverse teams to identify validation requirements and effectively implement them.
Conduct risk assessments and develop validation plans in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Perform validation testing, analyze data, and generate comprehensive reports to support decision-making.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance validation processes and efficiency.
Foster a collaborative environment by providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Stay informed about current industry trends and effective validation strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
A minimum of 4 years of related work experience is required.
Proven experience as a Validation Engineer is required.
Experience in a regulated industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of validation principles, methods, and tools is required.
Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and standards such as FDA, ISO, and GMP is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address validation issues effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work with strict deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams from different departments.
Ambitious and self-motivated with a drive to achieve excellence in all aspects of work.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $ to $.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
