The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating functional documentation, collaborating with the technical team to implement ServiceNow solutions, and ensuring that solutions align with customer needs.✅ RESPONSABILITIES:• Requirements Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements clearly and in detail.• Functional Documentation: Develop functional and technical specifications for ServiceNow implementations, particularly in ITSM and CSM modules.• Project Management: Participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and post-production support.• Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions align with business needs and strategic goals.• Change and Improvement Management: Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, proposing solutions to optimize efficiency and user experience.• Testing Support: Assist in planning and executing functional testing to ensure quality deliveries.• Training and Support: Train end-users on new features and enhancements within the ServiceNow platform.✅ REQUIREMENTS:• Minimum Experience: 5 years as a Business Analyst in ServiceNow related projects, specifically with ITSM and CSM modules.• Advanced Knowledge of ServiceNow: Experience with implementation, configuration, and customization of ITSM and CSM modules.• Business Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze business processes, understand requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.• Project Management: Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ServiceNow development and support tools and methodologies.• English: High proficiency, both written and spoken (C1/C2), for interacting with international teams.• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Skills:• ServiceNow Certification (Certified Implementation Specialist, ITIL, etc.).• Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules (HRSD, SPM, etc.).• Experience in international projects or with geographically distributed teams.👉 WE OFFER YOU:Be part of a challenging project team in an organization focused on peace, freedom, social progress, equal rights and human dignity.Hybrid: Madrid Join our TALENT to grow 💙!!!Decskill is committed to equality and non-discrimination with all our talents.
