We are seeking a passionate and motivated Service Sales Specialist to join our Grid Integration Sales & Marketing team, where you can help shape the energy transition alongside us.As a key member of the European sales team, you will manage quotation projects throughout the entire sales process, always prioritizing customer orientation and satisfaction. Creation, planning and implementation of the local sales and marketing strategy for the segments assigned to you in the HVDC Service division







You analyze your segment in terms of growth potential and derive and implement an appropriate market development strategy







You will collect market information to ensure current market knowledge for planning and implementing appropriate market strategies







You maintain close customer communication with existing customers and evaluate potential new customers. The focus is on customer satisfaction in line with company goals







You develop an offer strategy in the target projects and implement it in the sales process with the offer team







Leading contract negotiations with customers on technical and commercial aspects







Coordination and implementation of the introduction of new technologies/systems in the markets together with the product managers.
Your background: 
Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering or industrial engineering or a comparable qualification







Several years of professional experience (2-3 years) in sales and business development in the field of energy technology







Fluent in spoken and written German and English for secure communication with our customers. Communication in French preferred







Technical understanding in the area of power networks and energy technology







Sense of recognizing new business opportunities, great intercultural competence combined with a diplomatic way of negotiating and concluding deals







Willingness to travel as part of business trips (30-50%)
