Analyze and resolve incidents in production systems, applying structured problem-solving techniques.
Install, configure, and administer IT deliverables for business-critical applications.
Utilize ANSI SQL expertise to diagnose and optimize database-related issues.
Work with Java and WebLogic, supporting integrations and ensuring application stability.
Collaborate with internal teams and German-speaking stakeholders to clarify technical requirements and solutions.
