ServiceNow PPM Expert Part of Project Portfolio Operations Team within Business Transformation Management, the ServiceNow PPM Expert will play a role of proxy product owner role of Service Now PPM solution, adopted by Allianz Technology as standard tool for project request, approval flow, documentation, and project management records.

What will make you succeed in this position? • Highly motivated, quick learner, good communicator, autonomous, willing to grow.
• Previous experience in ServiceNow, especially for Project Management.
• Advanced skills in Reporting and Analytics tools, advanced level in SQL, VBA and Excel/PowerBI.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile).
• Experience required.
5-7 years.
Your mission in the role will be.
• Develop expertise of each step of ServiceNow PPM set up as well as End to End flow from customer request until project execution, including.
request management, project approval flow, timecard set up, resources set up, external vendors integration.
Understanding ServiceNow links to other tools Jira Master Platform, SAP, GIAM, Ariba etc).
• Work with Global Portfolio Office on.
• Review actions and decisions.
• Stakeholder groups configurations.
• Customer information requirements and mappings.
• Allianz Technology reporting mappings.
• Required approval documentation (architecture, security, financial case etc).
• Adaptation of the ServiceNow PPM/JMP solution to the customer organizational context.
• Work with Business Transformation teams and delivery teams as well as with central ServiceNow capability, on the improvements, provide feedback on pain points and jointly define solution plans.
• Promote usage of standard ServiceNow PPM Reporting capabilities.
• Identify additional reporting needs and propose reporting tools (PowerBI, Excel, others).
