SERVICES BUSINESS ANALYST

What you will do.
This stint involves driving some of the high business impacting strategic initiatives which aim to drive key business priorities of GS&O with an ultimate focus towards client engagement and retention.
You will drive efficiency and productivity across the client value chain through key functions of the services operations team – Client insights, Client Outreach Optimization, Segmented Initiatives and Operational Excellence and New Initiatives.
Drive client retention by collaborating with Global service delivery groups across client retention life cycle  Develop creative approaches to solve business problems for driving client engagement and retention   Apply design thinking, structure change programs and execute on them to influence colleagues to take action  Build scalable processes through continuous improvement, work with products/tech team to drive automation  Identify process improvement opportunities and apply LEAN principles to boost efficiency and productivity of processes & people  Identify top priorities for our clients and work with the service delivery teams to ensure we deliver client value  Assess the value Gartner is adding to the clients through creating renewal pitches  Track, interpret and report on key business metrics and drive corrective actions  Analyze information consolidated from multiple sources, conduct data driven hypothesis, identify and resolve conflicts; break down high-level information into detailed workable requirements  Discover and replicate best practices within Gartner or outside industry; aim for standardization & effectiveness  Build great relationships across teams, communicate and present analytical insights to global stakeholders and to senior management What you will need.
Pursuing post graduate program in management with 0-4 years of work experience ​ Practical, intuitive problem solver with an ability to translate quantitative analysis into actionable business strategies​ Deep analytical thinker with experience in deriving business insights from data analytics Passion for client service and team leadership​ Proven track record of excellence, fueled by critical thinking, analytic, and communications skills​ Detail-oriented with high personal standard for quality and accuracy along with a strategic mindset to interpret and bring out the ‘so what’ from data​ Strong collaboration skills; Be a self-starter who can anticipate business needs and fulfill on them in a proactive manner​ Exposure and understanding of lean six sigma, lean diagnostics, T&M and other process improvement techniques would be a big plus​ Good command of knowledge related to Information technology, product development and its application to business would be welcomed but not mandatory​ Strong Microsoft Office expertise – Advanced Excel, PowerPoint​ What you will get.
