The SFA will play a critical role in supporting the MedTech (MT) Surgery FP&A organization.
This role will be responsible for supporting MedTech Surgery Free Cash Flow (FCF) analytics and decision making by having ownership of the Worldwide (WW) capital expenditure consolidations process and dashboard communications.
The SFA is the primary finance business partner for GSM support functions (Strategy, Digital & Brand, and Global Marketing) and will be responsible for consolidating the Global Strategic Marketing (GSM) spends for total MedTech Surgery.
Additionally, this role will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SigniFi systems and lead the deployment and adoption across the MT Surgery finance organization.
As part of the MT Surgery FP&A team, the SFA will play a key role in supporting Sr.
leadership discussions and will have regular interactions with director+ level leaders across operational and finance teams across the Surgery business.
This role will provide opportunities to develop executive framing and strengthen strategic mindset.
Core Responsibilities.
Ownership of Capital Expenditure consolidations and reporting process for MedTech Surgery, collaborating with cross-functional and international teams to deliver free cash flow insights to leadership team including Business Unit (BU) president and CFO.
FP&A lead for Global Strategic Marketing (GSM), responsible for forecast cycle and actuals reporting, budget-versus-actuals analysis, and headcount consolidations.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SigniFi, driving the deployment and adoption of new data reporting systems General P&L FP&A support, including trend analysis, gross profit insights, preparation for leadership reviews, and other ad hoc requests Qualifications Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related quantitative discipline is required Minimum 3 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, or related Business experience is required Strong quantitative skills and experience in building financial models and performing rigorous business analysis Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and conceptually to influence business partners Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels is required.
