is hiring a Lead Account Manager to join our team.
This role allows you to work in a world-class environment and make a direct contribution to our mission of improving global health, cleanliness, and safety.
Sr Account Director, Business Development - Information Technology Job Responsibilities **Design and Implement Sales Strategies**.
Coordinate strategy calls for RFPs, design client proposals, conduct client presentations, and negotiate and finalize contracts.
Ensure sales activities are in line with the company's strategic objectives.
**Client Engagement**.
Make cold calls, conduct client visits, maintain a sales database, and compile activity reports.
Ensure client happiness through periodic contact and address any client discontent.
**Market Analysis**.
Gather data on marketing trends, competitive products/services, and pricing.
Provide insights to better position our offerings.
**Collaboration**.
Serve as the primary contact until work is sold, then coordinate with relevant departments to ensure successful implementation.
Act as a liaison between sponsor and company on all business development activities.
Qualifications **Educational Background**.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required.
**Experience**.
Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with a proven track record in sales and account management.
**Skills**.
Strong scientific, sales, and/or marketing background, particularly in pharmaceutical/biotech sectors.
Proficiency with sales automation systems and Microsoft Office programs.
**Interpersonal Skills**.
Outstanding ability to lead, collaborate, and integrate with various departments including Operations, Finance, and Marketing.
Working Conditions and Environment Primarily office-based with exposure to electrical office equipment.
Occasional travel to site locations, both domestic and international.
Frequent stationary work with occasional mobility required.
Ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive hand movements and occasional light to moderate lifting.
