All projects will have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business to which they are assigned.
Summer projects may include the following responsibilities.
Partner with leadership to identify and address areas to improve efficiency and benchmark with industry best practices.
Become a process owner; critically review specific processes with great attention to detail and proactively recommend opportunities for improvement.
Participate in sales product and systems trainings, marketing campaigns, and special projects to develop selling skills consistent with Company philosophy, policies, and procedures.
Connect with research scientists tied to specific accounts for product information and sales presentations.
Identify sales opportunities and coordinate sales proceses with new and existing customers.
Learn continuous improvement methodologies (i.
., PPI, Six Sigma, and others) and help promote improvement initiatives.

This internship is set to begin in early , for a duration of 6 months – dependent upon student availability per academic calendars.
How will you get here? Student completing a Life Sciences-related degree.
No work experience required; previous related internships preferred.
Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
