We work in the energy sector in national and international  Wind Energy projects.
Right now we are looking for a Site Planner to join a differents Wind Farm projects.
As a Site Planner, you are responsible for planning, verifying, monitoring and reporting the development of the works inside the WF and branch organization.
The site planner is also responsible for analysing the variation between planned work and executed work, propose action plans to ensure execution back on track and in due time to planned work.
Key Responsibilities.
Develop and manage the planning and scheduling of resources and cranes for site operations at the wind farm.
Ensure cranes are available and scheduled efficiently to meet project timelines.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely arrival of necessary components and equipment.
Maintain constant communication with Site Manager and site teams to ensure deadlines are met.
Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate weather changes, equipment availability, or unforeseen issues.
Monitor project progress and provide daily and weekly updates.
Optimize resource usage to reduce costs without compromising on safety or efficiency.
Requisitos Requirements.
Previous experience in resource and crane planning, preferably in renewable energy projects or construction.
Experience in wind farm operations is highly desirable.
Ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to unforeseen changes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with different teams and levels of management.
Proficiency in project planning tools and software.
Willingness to work in remote locations and adhere to flexible schedules, including weekends if necessary.
